I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The highlight was definitely the delicious food served at the restaurant. The chefs took great pride in showcasing the authentic cuisine of the region. Everything from the breakfast to the dinner was a culinary delight. And the view of the lake from the room was simply breathtaking.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The service, food, and overall experience were all exceptional.

Celebrated New Year at a lovely ryokan near the lake with delicious food and a relaxing ambiance. Enjoyed the spacious Japanese-style room with a private bath overlooking the beautiful scenery. The staff was welcoming and attentive, offering a shuttle service to and from the train station. we appreciated the convenience of the ryokan's on-site store for purchasing souvenirs and snacks.
The location was a bit isolated, with limited options for leisure activities nearby. Although a shuttle service was provided, we had to plan our outings in advance.

If you're looking for a peaceful escape away from the hustle, bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to stay. the food at the restaurant is exceptional with authentic local delicacies that leave nothing to be desired. the rooms are large and comfortable, with stunning views of the countryside. the hot springs and the whirlpool are also a must, try treat for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate themselves.
The staff at the front desk could have been more welcoming and accommodating to non, native speakers, but it's a minor issue that doesn't take away from the overall experience.

We loved staying at this hotel away from big cities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even though not all of them knew English, they made sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were impressed by the range of facilities on offer. The hotel's location was perfect - peaceful and serene, with beautiful views. The breakfast was fantastic - delicious and filling.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great Japanese, style experience with delicious traditional meals. Beautiful lake views from the room and private outdoor hot spring. the hotel had a shuttle service available to pick, up and drop, off guests at the train station.
The location was quite remote, with not much to do outside of the hotel. the communication could have been better, as there was not enough information available in English for non, Japanese speakers.
